F. Council Resolution #314 of 2006 authorizing modification to description of option area in an Option Agreement to Purchase Real Property between the City of Auburn and Cocap Development Corp. (FORTH COMING)
G. Council Resolution #315 of 2006 authorizing the Interim City Manager to re-advertise for bids for the planned Downtown Auburn Public Improvements Project. (FORTH COMING)
H. Council Resolution #316 of 2006 allowing the Korean War Veterans to design, develop and construct a memorial to all Cayuga County Veterans of all wars.

A. Ordinance #17 of 2006 authorizing the City Comptroller to borrow up to $4,000,000 from the New York Power Authority for energy conservation projects.
B. Council Resolution #293 of 2006 authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all necessary agreements, contracts, and funding documents with New York Power Authority (NYPA) to implement Energy Conservation and the Geothermal Project.
